Lisa Shasteen is an accomplished attorney, strategist, and business builder with leadership experience across domestic and international organizations. Her career spans industries including technology, communications, healthcare, and real estate development.  She began her career at national law firms, transitioning to work as General Counsel for Communications Equity Associates, an international investment and merchant bank with billions under management. There, she also acted as a member of the Board of the International Institute of Communications, a global organization of communications and technology company leaders, regulatory officials and academic experts.  With a passion for new technology, business building and growth, she developed an expertise in cybersecurity and privacy strategy.  In that connection, she acted as President of InfraGard Tampa Bay, a public-private partnership with the FBI dedicated to protecting the 16 critical sectors of our homeland. She also charted a path to collaborate with founders building businesses in the technology and cybersecurity space, including recently, acting as a director on the board of an AI company whose automated cyber-defense platform was deployed in significant networks, such as Moffitt Cancer Center and one of the three national credit reporting agencies.  She thrives in dynamic environments, guiding startups and established businesses through critical transitions such as mergers, acquisitions, expansion, fundraising, rebranding, cultural transformation, and turnarounds.  Drawing on extensive experience collaborating with leaders from diverse cultures and disciplines, she brings unique insight into optimizing mental models of leadership to drive superior performance and sustainable results.
