Negotiation training has been developed based on research from ancient philosophy up to and including the current studies by prominent organizations (e.g., The Harvard Program on Negotiation).

It is a dynamic, dialectical approach to show how negotiations are driven by competition and cooperation at the same time.

The clear and useful framework is based on three distinct negotiating contexts: bargaining, creative deal-making, and relationship building.

Expected Outcomes

Negotiation training and coaching puts the parties in the right space for achieving win-win outcomes while providing the basis for an effective on-going business relationship in the future.

This may be followed by individual coaching and consultation as required before, during or after the negotiation itself.
